Partial Suspension Of Advertisements Placed

TOKYO, January 20, 2025 - Kirin Holdings Company, Limited (Kirin Holdings) announces that it will suspend Kirin Group advertisements through Fuji Television Network, Inc.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Kirin Group conducts its corporate activities in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and requires all business partners to understand and comply with its human rights policies. As a company that advertises on Fuji Television Network (Fuji TV), we have been closely monitoring their response to the recent series of media reports concerning Fuji TV.

 Based on Fuji TV’s explanation of the situation at a press conference, we will suspend advertisement placement with Fuji TV until the necessary investigation is fully conducted, the facts are clarified, and appropriate action is taken.

The Kirin Group will continue to fulfill its corporate responsibilities in accordance with its Human Rights Policy.
